As most of you know each team is required to work one night at the concession stand! I schedule your night on a night you do not have a game. This way you can enjoy watching your child play! On the night your team is scheduled to work, you will need about (4) adult volunteers. If you have more that is great! But it takes at least (4) to work the concession stand. There will be an ICYL Board member there to help open the concession stand, getting stuff started and explaining what needs done! There will be an opening & closing procedure on the bulletin board for you to use. If you have any questions please feel free to call me @ 796-3647. Another idea to help get your parents involved is to use the batting cage for practice on the night you are scheduled to work in the concession stand. If you are interested in this, just let me know and I will put it on the schedule. I will try to call the week before you are scheduled to work to remind you! If you have any problems with the date you are scheduled to work, please call me ahead of time, so other arrangements can be made. The concession stand is our biggest fundraiser and we need all of your support! It’s not hard work, and can be fun! Attached to this letter is the schedule by date. Most teams are only scheduled to work once. But when the tournament schedule is posted for the end of the season, you may be asked to work an additional night. We also have (1) Saturday (May 10th) that we host games from 9am – 3pm for the Tri-county league. We do need volunteers for this, if you are playing that day and would like to work before or after your game we would greatly appreciate it! Also we have a few all-star/travel tournaments scheduled through out the season. If you are available to work, just let me know! Thank you for all of your support for our league! Stacy Wethington
